- Free shipping to most of countries by FEDEX/UPS, as usual, you can receive the product within about 3 to 8 days.
- USA, most of Europe countries support free shipping. (Some remote European countries need to pay very small freight surcharge.)
- Africa, South America and most of Asia customers do not support online purchase, please contact us first before you order, because the shipping cost is changeable.

Damaged Shipping
We have purchased transportation insurance for your goods. Please make sure inspect your items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged, please inform the carrier by email and also forward to us. You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date to report damage and you will get shipping insurance coverage.
Delivery Times
- We will ship your order within 3 business days. Please allow 3-12 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. (Except holidays, but we will notify you by email).
- Any delivery dates provided by DeerTV are estimate. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your DeerTV account if you have registered. If you registered on our site, you could also track your order here with your tracking number.
- For more shipping information, you could contact us by leaving a message. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns can be made but please contact DeerTV first.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
